Welcome to PricePlow’s Diet Tracking squad!
In this thread, we’ll support each other in accomplishing their dietary goals. And in order to best do that, we’re going to track our diets! Specifically, with MyFitnessPal.
How it works
Every night (at 4am CST), our system will check your diet from the day before, and compare against your calorie and macronutrient goals entered into MyFitnessPal. It will then broadcast your numbers to the group.
How do I Join?
Create an account here on the PricePlow Forum if you haven’t already.
Create a MyFitnessPal user. Keep your username handy.
Go to your MyFitnessPal Goals page and set your daily nutrition goals
Go to your PricePlow Forum Profile Preferences page
a. Enter Your MyFitnessPal username
That’s it! Now start eating for your goals, weighing your food, and tracking with the MFP app/site – your data will soon be displayed here!
- We will enable you to set if a goal is a min or a max (ie. bulking or dieting)
- Pats on the back for those who need the carrot, and…
- Public shaming for those of us who need the stick
