I feel you on this, I just had total reconstructive surgery done on my left ankle in March this year and put me out of commission in the gym until close to June. Diet wise I did find that Protein was huge in helping curve the cravings to eat bad. Some people stop eating their bars and shakes when not working out, which I never understood, protein is protein! Good luck!!
