Someone needs to post a Deep Throat meme

All these responses so far have been awesome! It’s made me look a bit closer at some of the high end, high quality multi-vitamin options. This has caused me to have a change of mind… What looks (at least on the label) to be current King Daddy Dog of current Multi-Vitamins is
https://www.priceplow.com/nutrex/vitadapt

This looks more complete than my original post of the NutraBio offering.

BTW… thank you for all that have posted up some awesome ideas.

That is the first thing I look for on a label… B12 made with cynadie is not as bioavailable as the Metthyl version

My own personal go to, roughly $8/month

I’m probably the last to comment on this - but I think we over-obsess about these things. Which is good in a way (always striving for better/more)…but it’s a multi-vitamin/supplement. Find something that works for you and stick with it. No multi that I’m aware of is going to turn you into a professional athlete or porn star…

another vote for Orange Triad. Many years ago when such posts were more common, a guy on bb did a whole writeup of different vitamin forms, etc across about a dozen different multivitamin brands and concluded that OT was an absolute bargain for the quality and price, using primarily very high-quality vitamin and mineral forms in efficacious doses.

Discussion about it is fine, as long as people aren’t getting too heated. You’re right, it ultimately doesn’t fuckin matter at all, but talking about stuff that doesn’t fuckin matter can be fun. Arguing about it though, should that happen, would be ridiculous, no one should have particularly strong feelings about a vitamin K source.

Oh I agree with you. My point was that I obsess about it as well…

And remain interested in what everyone likes/takes.

Coming into my job I was pretty anti-multi vitamin. After learning from Mark a lot, I understood that it’s not always just the blends and amounts, but the sources. MultiSport not only is incredibly well rounded and dosed, but the ingredients can be several times more expensive in the forms we utilize.

I don’t want this to turn into a big argument as some of these threads can (I literally won’t entertain it) but I just wanted to note that many times in our search of high dosed products, we forget the quality of the ingredients going in, which can be just as important.

I think it goes without saying that NutraBio only provides the best…

I’ve always said that we provide the best we know of at the time, and we’re constantly learning and improving. If there’s an advancement in science you can be damn sure we’re going to improve and follow it!

Believe it or not, there can be a discussion on this lol. K1 or K2? Source? Should you take vitamin d without it?

So much comes down to your diet.

I personally do like iron in my multivitamin as I’m not cooking with cast iron right now. Many don’t.

Best bet is to do your food logging like a hawk in MyFitnessPal for a week, look at your macros and micros, and see where you’re coming in short. It could be possible that your vitamins are fine, but minerals are not. Or something similar.

Then you shop for your deficiencies.

Everything in this thread mentioned is great stuff though
