I’m old. Yes I’m 41.
I have been working out and supplementing incorrectly, since joining the Army in 1994. Only in the past year did I realize that running a 10k in 43mins every M,W,F and strength training on T, Thr was a fine program: if you want to burn out your knees, no mass, stay in a catabolic state, and look like a clean shaven, well groomed meth head or an Auschwitz escapee.
Now the only cardio I do is HIgh Intensity Interval training, one day a week and the other days are Strength Training or Rest days.
PricePlow deserves more thanks for helping educate many folks just like me, who were indoctrinated to just about every wrong method concerning physical fitness. I’ve learned a slap ton of good information on Anatomy, Physiology, Nutrition Paths, from CJ, Robert and Mike that go way beyond just supplements.
I now have a smoke-ass, hot, 27 year old girlfriend of 2 years. Upper body strength that would rival most 19 year olds.
Life is good.
