My Stack… I probably spent too much time putting this together with links and all, but…enjoy! Some stuff might be controversial…such as my opinions on Ash, RR, and protein powder .
My home made stack split over 2x/day.
- Creatine - 5 g per day. Duh.
- Beta Alanine - 3.2 g per day. Again, duh.
- Betaine - 2.5 g per day.
Daily vitamins and whatever

Plain unflavored non-vanity Whey Protein Isolate - I don’t need any premium-priced protein powders. I just want the basics to supplement my existing protein intake. I can mix in whatever I want if I want to flavor it
- Fish oil - 2 g per day, split over 2 doses. I take these for the EPA and DHA. Does it work? I dunno. Now studies are saying it’s not worth taking. So whatever.
- Krill oil - 1 g per day, split over 2 doses. I take this for the astaxanthin. Does it work? I dunno.
- Multi - For the micros.
- Calcium - cuz my doctor told me to.
- Magnesium - in the form of chelated magnesium. Supposed to help with my migraines and sleep.
- Potassium - in the form of potassium citrate. I bring in an extra 1 g net potassium in the evening mixing this in my water.

Psyllium Husk - Only taking this during my cut to help with hunger. I also take it when I travel to help with my shitty travel diet
Homemade Pre-Workout
- L-Citruline Malate 2:1 - 7 g. Yup, this and caffeine are all I need. Noting else seems to add value to my workout.

Items removed from my workout Stack (didn’t feel any benefit from these)
- Beet Root Extract - took this for vasodilation and BP reduction. Didn’t notice anything on either end with as much as 4 g per day.
- Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALCAR) - didn’t notice anything. Nice sour flavor though
- Taurine - Studies show this improved endurance. I didn’t notice anything. I have an entire kg left of it; so I’ll still be taking this for a long while.

L-Theanine - I noticed no difference whether or not I take this. Some of you folks seem to feel major effects from this. I’m special, I guess
Trying out
- Berberine - Only taking this during my cut. I don’t think it will do much since I’m already on a pretty strict diet. Dear lord this is the worst tasting supp. Going to try filling caps with it this weekend.
- Green Tea Extract (50% EGCG) - Only taking this during my cut. Helps with energy and appetite suppression during my caloric deficit. Also some data show that it helps reduce absorption of carbs and fat to aid in fat loss.
- L-Tyrosine - I hear good things about this. Taking 1 g per day. Supposed to help with stress and cognition. We’ll see.
Stopped taking (or finishing off my supply and not repurchasing). I have taken all of these for at least 6 months (and some for a couple years), and concluded they either had no observable effect or the effect was insignificant for the price.
- Grape Seed Extract - Took this for resveratrol and blood pressure. No observable impact
- Lions Mane - Took various grades of this. No observable impact, especially for the price.

Ashwagandha - Took both raw extract and KSM66. No observable impact. I know the rest of y’all love this stuff. I felt nothing.
- Swanson Vitamins. Can’t find link to KSM66 extract version
- Rhodiola - Same as above.
- Milk Thistle - Took this because I like to drink. Not sure if I really need this.
- Tribulus Terrestris - It’s garbage.
