Current best answer: Turn it into chili, the fat itself makes for a saucy base so you only need a dash of spice and tomato.

I love burgers too, but the fat does indeed drain out a lot. There may be some ingredients to help “capture” that fat though, like egg and Parmesan??

The point was to make the entire community part of it, I still need to make the video where I challenge myself.

Thing is, since starting this project, I drastically changed my outlook on protein. I’m protein-ing up more now. So I have to tinker numbers
