I’m losing weight, time to get back on the train. Basically

  • Success when bulk cooked meat
  • Failure when not bulk cooked meat

A trouble I find with bulk-cooked fatty meats is that all the fat settles to the bottom of the tupperware, so the top-half of the, say, ground 80/20 beef is totally lean and the bottom half comes with a free extra 30 grams of fat per portion.

How do you avoid this, if at all?
