Was reviewing a BHB supplement yesterday and I swear it tanked my appetite enough that by the end of the day, I literally could not eat any more food. And this was a good training day.
I’ve basically become “carnivore-adjacent” lately. Think I’m gonna get a continuous blood glucose monitor and step up the logging bigtime.
