Great thread idea. Always looking for thoughts on other pre-workout supplements. I’ve been using anywhere from 1-2 scoops of Olympus Labs Re1gn, more so closer to 2 scoops each session. Today i’ll be stacking it with Olympus Labs Endur3 intra. Pretty excited to test the effects.
On non-training days, I either use some tea for a little caffeine boost, a Bang, or a zero everything Rockstar (orange mandarin…yum).
Recently I have been alternating between Re1gn, White Floods Classic, and Bang. I’ve got others on deck for whenever I feel like changing it up: Gnar Pump, Quake, superpump max, and bloodshot (special occasions only a few scoops left). Ep1logue currently on week 4 of that.
Same here, even with Alpha GPC if I take it daily. Some reading I’ve done seems to indicate that for certain individuals, the standard 250-500mg dose of choline is just entirely too high, yielding results similar to superdosing it (depression, brain fog, and fatigue), and those individuals experience much better results at doses of 30-50mg.
I personally haven’t bothered buying any bulk powder to try this on my own, but that’s what I’ve heard.
I got the Optimus Lime. Not too bad. The BA tingles are strong with this one, but if you don’t mind those then the rest is pretty awesome. it hits great! I was skeptical at first. haha
