Barbell Medicine?

A couple of my powerlifting friends are totally digging Barbell Medicine’s programming. Supposedly their program is more RPE based. I’m going to give their Bridge program a shot after my de-load/fast next week. The Bridge is 8 weeks, free, and is supposed to mostly get ya used to their programming. After that, ya choose which direction you want to go (e.g. powerlifting, hypertrophy, Olympic, rehab, etc…), and pay, of course.

Any of y’all used their programs?

I’ve done the Bridge before, it treated me quite well. Austin and Jordan are both remarkably smart people.

That’s what I wanted to hear. Thanks! I’m looking forward to taking a moderate RPE approach, since I’m used to pushing myself to an RPE of 9-10 on every exercise…probably not doing myself any favors, haha
