A couple of my powerlifting friends are totally digging Barbell Medicine’s programming. Supposedly their program is more RPE based. I’m going to give their Bridge program a shot after my de-load/fast next week. The Bridge is 8 weeks, free, and is supposed to mostly get ya used to their programming. After that, ya choose which direction you want to go (e.g. powerlifting, hypertrophy, Olympic, rehab, etc…), and pay, of course.
Any of y’all used their programs?
