I definitely will be considering this. Almost every night I piss twice. This could be a godsend. I never have problems falling asleep. So I could take this on it’s own. If it doesn’t work, then at least I have an extra ingredient to put in my pwo.

Same. I get up to piss at least 3x every night (no I’m not diabetic nor enlarged prostate, etc…)

I’ve always found a good carb meal before bed seems to do the trick for me.
