I don’t think it’s strange you prefer Peak O2 to BA. Anecdotally, PO2 helps with feelings of cardio and endurance, while BA is more of just something that’ll help you have more late-endurance without really “feeling” it as you go. I know that’s very unscientific though lol.

Yeah, I’ve a couple different places that BA really wouldn’t help bodybuilders and that it’s only helpful for bouts lasting longer than 60 seconds. It’s more helpful for endurance athletes.

Any sport really. Football, boxing, wrestling, etc. When I hear endurance athlete I think long distance runner haha.
