Nutricost has their 500 gram one at 15$ on amazon normally.
Choline bitartate isn’t that good for nootropic purposes it seems(guerilla chemist detailed why), but it does seem to be very good for liver health(ie preventing fatty liver disease)
I actuly got a tub of that because I wanted to test out the “fatty acid dumping” phenomenon, which choline bitartate is good for since it doesn’t cross the BBB much so it doesn’t cause a choline overload.

I am currently taking 4 g choline bitartrate per day, split over two doses. Didn’t make a lick of difference for my wee brain. But I did primarily buy it for liver health. Finishing off a 500 g bag now, I’m going to cycle off it for a few months once i run out. (Thought I read somewhere you should only take it for 3 months or something, then cycle off it)
