Pre Workout Du Jour!

Probably my favorite go-to that I’ve tried, aka, what I use every workout unless I’m trying something special or going stim-free. Previously it was Total War, but I find less crash with Re1gn which I appreciate since I play volleyball right after I finish lifting.

True, they had that issue with Dragon’s Mist. But, they haven’t had any problems since and I see no reason so many people hold it so harshly against the company.

I go back and forth between stim and non-stim depending on when I train (coffee in the morning) etc…

The funny thing is that once you go without stims you realize (almost 50, married, travel a lot with an 8 year old at home) how much you need/miss them.

How stimmed out are you on Reign? I don’t mind an extra push but nothing crazy.

Allow me to add to this:

-Using MegaPre and really like it
-Ordered Transparent Labs Pre-Bulk (lower stim but good reviews of endurance)
-NutraBio Pre sample en route - how do you not like NutraBio - used in the past and trying out the new formula
-Adrenal Rush sample en route because IntraCell and MegaPre are really good supplements

Random thoughts:

  • I’d be curious as to when everyone uses their supps - for example I’m doing AthleanX now and days I’m simply lifting (not to simplify it but you get it) I would probably use MegaPre. On days when metabolic conditioning is involved I would require something with more stims and endurance.

Great energy, but I’m not cracked out. That’s why it’s my daily go-to. I mix DMHA & DMAA when I’m going for that intense energy feeling

I used to do that, but then the crashing started occurring. Swear, those stimulants wear out your CNS to a next level degree haha
