Well flavor advice as far as hmb, It seems like its going to best mix with fruit(ie a sweet drink with a bit of tart/sour), it taste bad but in a weird way, I would go with a small amount of juice over trying to dilute it.

I heard the gynostemma is pretty horrid, too. I’ll try mixing both of them into my morning smoothie with the rest of my daily supps.

hmb is fine, not sure about the herbal stuff.

If you think HMB Is bad, you never had bulk WPH
Come back and tell me how that is if you try it.

Its bad in a “not good/not neutral” way.
Arginine is a hard Bad.

Bulk WPH is a Pukeworthy Bad.

Have you tried berberine? That was so gagworthy. Had to put it in caps to consume it. I have not tasted WPH or arginine.

Call me crazy here but why would anyone buy any of these ingredients in bulk? Unless you were concocting your own supplements - in which case wouldn’t that get expensive?

Beta-Testing a formula that was never released from Scivation when I worked for them. it was a post-workout product McCandless was formula Called DH 32 Pro that utilized a WPH aspect. After doing a lot of research on WPH it never found any benefit over a whey or whey blend so he ditched the project

It’s a lot cheaper to buy in bulk than pre-capsulated (not always, but almost). Off the top of my head, for example, I recently purchased bulk magnesium glycinate at $0.05/g. Best I could do online in pills/capsules was $0.47/g as I recall.

Also, I can build exactly what I want. For example, I build my daily of 5 g creatine mono + 3.2 g beta alanine + 2.5 g betaine, mix it myself, and it’s exactly what I want at a fraction of the price. No extra filler or garbage I don’t want/need. Then, with my daily, I’ll mix in various new supps to try out (like the ones in the picture above).

I also make my own pre, both stim and non-stim versions.

That makes sense…I’m a convenience guy though…I’d much rather have it done for me…

It’s not bad once you get the hang of it. I mix about 3-4 months worth of my daily in about a half hour, and I’m good to go. This is fine if you are just mixing powder directly into a drink/juice (like I normally do).

It can be a pain when you have to cap it though, like I did with the berberine (because tasted too god-awful to mix into anything)…even with a capping device, it’s a tad messy and a lot of work. I’d rather pay extra to have a company cap that stuff for me, lol.

Keeping in mind that I’m the guy that would much rather make reservations than make dinner…so what you are doing is admirable…

Powdered, unflavored cissus does not taste good either.
