I agree. GDA’s should be used “as needed”, and not part of a daily regimen. Berberine does supposedly have a lot of benefits, particularly for those who are insulin-sensitive or have inflammatory disorders (particularly in the gut), which might make the benefits outweigh the costs with regular use.
For the rest of us…I’ll save it for when my coworkers bring in cake and donuts
Berberine suppresses hypertrophy primarily by its activation of AMPK, this shouldn’t be an issue if dosed away from workouts and on off days. I think berberine is a very powerful ingredient and has serious benefits beyond bodybuilding supplementation (I.E. diabetics)
Also - Na-R-Ala is underutilized for its GDA properties, especially since its muscle-specific which can’t be said for berberine (indiscriminate to muscle and adipose tissue).
GNC is running a buy one get one half price on spartan whey. 2 tubs for $60 with free shipping and you can probably find additintal coupons out there somewhere
I will prob be able to match that for you next week, not 100%. We may be bringing back our 30% off since the company had to move to a new warehouse to restock their flavors. Their demand is high.
That formula actually looks pretty decent only 1 ingredient in there that will definetly burn fat though. I love the addition of KSM and GAINZ of paradise.
I really like the formula; I don’t really like it capping out at 20 servings like a pre-workout, instead of the common 28/30 fatburner “full servings.”
Hey guys i saw one or two post on the new Redcon 1 Breakfast bars. Ive seen some claim its amazing and other say its average. If any one has tried it if you can please leave a reply on how the taste was for you!
Flavor wise (I have blueberry and mocha), they’re pretty good. Not mind blowing, but not bad. Personally I don’t think I’d buy again because they’re too thick and gritty for me in milk, almond milk, and oats. I understand there’s casein in there doing that, but man it’s just a bit much for me. The Sparta blend is FAR better to me taste/texture wise, and a great deal right now at GNC at $25.50 a tub.
