Likewise when I was on TRT. 200mg was the sweet spot and made me feel good. I miss those days. Haha.

Oh wow, I have been on 100mg weekly since November, and man it has been a life changing event for me. Best decision I ever made.

100mg will definitely have you in a great range. I just want a little more lol

I make it a point to avoid addictive substances, save caffeine, which I take the occasional break from just to ensure I can.

Eria jarensis is ok, I do like kanna.

This isn’t specific, but I’d like to see all of the flavor creativity that’s been put into whey protein isolates over the last few years applied to Casein.
