I like IntraPro - my darn gut just can’t handle concentrate proteins without bloating and stomach issues.
Usually 1200 mg of a extract that gives 360 mg polysaccharides at that dose.
I do notice some nootropic benefits learning wise, and being a bit more clear headed.
I think there is also some endurance benefit, but am unsure, I don’t have a good way to really test it. It is allegedly a fairly good PPAR-a agonist, that could be why.
