The stuff is fantastic, but honestly it might be “too” good as a simple energy drink as the stuff is strong IMO. Obviously it’s, as far as I know, the strongest ingredient profile of any “energy drink” out there, so this is to be expected. Have some sort of activity lined up prior to drinking, whether it’s training or something else you need a lot of energy for.

The stuff will knock your socks off! That is why I said its more of a well rounded pre-workout in a carbonated can, and the regular C4 Carbonated is better for an everyday get me up/coffee replacement.

Agreed on this whole post! The first time I took C4U, I took it as I would any energy drink at the end of a work day… Bad, bad idea lol. C4U has proven to me, in can and powder form, that is is top notch for sure. Smooth, clean energy for days!

C4 Ultimate use before workouts
C4 Carbonated = Everyday/Afternoon get me up or coffee replacement
Since the C4 Ultimate formula has a lot of pre-workout ingredients in clinical doses it makes sense to not drink it just in the middle of the day. Unless you want to wage ware on your co-workers
