Also it actuly has 172 mg caffiene, purenergy is a mixure of that and pteropure, not straight caffeine.
As for my critique on it, I really hate seeing beta alanine dosed that high in any product, even more so with taurine(due to potential absorption issues), in my opinion beta alanine should be its own thing, or dosed at 1 gram just to sustain the built up carnosine stores without having to take away funding from other, better, ingredients.
I like the lower caffeine and the inclusion of alcar, this is a interestingly designed product, too expensive for my blood but that’s kind of unavoidable. Good luck with this.
