Priceplow, what about magnesium malate and it's effects?

Looks like this is one of the chelated forms, and reviews are mostly positive. Anecdotally, most people don't seem to notice a difference between this and citrate or glycinate.

But the bad news is that there doesn't seem to be any specific research on it for humans and bioavailability. So it seems good but probably more worthwhile to use something with actual research on it. If you already have it, keep using it.
