I really like this as a meal replacement. The carbs are reasonable and so are the fats.
I love how the fat sources come from MCT, Avocado Oil, and Coconut Oil!

I loved this stuff, the S mores flavor was incredible. It even had little baby marshmallows in it. I definitely have to pick up more and try other flavors in the future. I reviewed this on SR in February:
