My guess is that 75 pounds was because of “supplements” right?? :thinking:

Or it could be because I completely changed my training style from a progressive overload method from Brandon Lilly to westside conjugate style and driving the intensity through the roof.

Being consistent and borderline religious in my training, diet, and recovery for ten months? Much more than “supplements”
