After hearing great things about this flavor I decided to give it a try. First off I was happy they didn’t throw any crazy coloring in this and take it overboard. Mixability was pretty good considering the casein in there. Texture was very much improved from the first version of Spartan Whey, I didn’t feel any grittiness, which was very noticeable in their blueberry flavor.
Taste: This was pretty damn close to fruit loops as you can expect from a protein powder. It is on the sweet side, but that’s to be expected. You get a nice range of flavor profile with this, so I suggest you sip (try not to chug 
). I thought it was excellent and a good change of pace from your typical protein flavors. If you like fruit loops or fruity cereals, I suggest you give it a try. 9 out of 10
