For anyone wondering It likely has a very solid formula, you can’t really under-dose a blend that large. I am kind of wondering how much choline is in there, given its the first in a 9.8 gram blend with only 3 large ingredients its likely over 3 grams total CB.
My best guess is 3.5 CB, 3.5 L- tyrosine, 2.5 ALCAR 300 mg everything else

Pretty solid sounding formula, pending exact dosages of course. We may never know them, but I trust that SNS wouldn’t do us wrong.

This looks like something i’d use mid-day at work. Staring at a computer screen for ~9 hours breaks my brain on most days.

I’ve used i a bunch in the past and I’m a fan except for the Choline bitartrate, that really doesn’t do much for cognition

This and ANS Rave are great focus products.

Is there any chance of having the ingredient dosages even ballparked? I’d really prefer to have a little assurance before spending the money, although I have heard loads of positive reviews.

In my chats with the owner, I’ve discussed ingredient dosages with him, and can attest that the doses used in Focus XT are at least at clinically efficacious doses.

My guess for the formula is (this hasn’t been confirmed fully):

4g Choline Bitartrate
3g Tyrosine
2g ALCAR
750mg DMAE
30mg Vinpocetine
20mg Huperzine (standardized to 1% yielding 200mcg)

Grand total is 9800mg

This is per the owner ‘I’m sorry but we don’t provide the breakdown for competitive reasons. If yo look at the total grams of ingredients provided and the ingredients, you can see that it’s definitely not under dosed in any way’.

I understand, that’s why I was asking for a ballpark! Anyway, thank you for the response. I’d definitely like to pick some of this up soon.

I’d strongly recommend that you do so. I love the stim free version as I tend to not need the caffeine first thing in the morning when I take this. That being said, caffeine does make everything better and offers numerous cognitive benefits as well.

Not to mention burns your eyes out O___O

Absolutely. Some days driving home, now that it’s dark out both before and after work, all I see are blurry taillights of cars in front of me lol. Eyes water while at work too. Ugh.

Maybe someone should come out with an all-in-one eye health supplement. You don’t see too many of those. Considering I know countless people who either have contacts or glasses. Could be a potential market?

Check out MAN Sports Brain Bridge, which has a vision support blend in addition to nootropics.

Or Can-C eye drops? Carl on superhuman radio likes those. I think they make a supplement also, but I haven’t looked at it in a while.

While I do need to try this, I was more or less implying about a full on eye support supplement, similar to what @Jeremy mentioned. But I will most certainly check this out…although I am VERY much stuck on Anastasis

What’re y’all doing to your eyes? Is this caffeine related?

If it’s just screen fatigue, honest to god it sounds like a gimmick but get some of those computer glasses. I got a set of the Gunnar Optics ones with the clear lenses from an Amazon Warehouse deal for like $18 last year. They’re the real deal.
