At 30g protein and 270 calories per bar, these pack a punch. But… it’s mostly soy protein isolate (then whey isolate and concentrate), and mostly sugar alcohols as the carb/binding sources.
Watch Mike and CJ’s Premier Protein Bar Review – long story short, chocolate mint is phenomenal, peanut butter is pretty good, and salted caramel is almost… tasteless!
Note that the Premium Nutrition Corporation settled a class-action lawsuit for $9 million due to allegations of under-dosing their RTD shakes.
