OH I ran a Ghost stack last winter. It was fun! Think I did, Ghost Pump, Legend, Size, Whey, and BCAAs. Pump and Legend together is stellar!
I have them all as well. I only do 1/2 maybe 1 scoop with legend and pump. I don’t like to waste it when You can get a great pump with just a little pump stacked to it
