This is a ridiculous amount of protein for the price, but it’s unflavored and will NOT taste good alone. If you’re into smoothies or have a vegetarian friend / family member, this is a great option for them.
Brown rice protein has a very good amino acid profile, especially given this price. We like milk-based protein better, but this is a great alternative for vegetarians and vegans who are low in daily protein intake (most are).
