Better off with pedialyte or electrolit with a scoop of creapure.
Also has way more potassium, which is pretty fuckin important for people who don’t eat like a pound of leafy greens per day

That’s why I’m a Body Armor guy… Specifically the Lyte version. Pretty cost effective for what it cost to get that amount of potassium per serving in other drinks.

They did make it sweeter last year. Dan increased the amount of cinnamon from the years past due to feedback from consumers.

White chocolate peppermint bark and snickerdoodle will both launch Black Friday for ghost
I personally thought white chocolate peppermint bark was a very big let down from ghost. If I am picking up anything it’s going to be the snickerdoodle which is by far the better flavor the two for the holiday series
