New supplement thread

Opposite though - I drink ACV, Greens, and Fiber specifically for gut health and it tastes disgusting. Lol.

I have no issues with ACV or Greens (Jack3d Factory Green Surge)
I look forward to it, but then again I am a messed up ginger kid
so what do i know?

I do believe we are all messed up in regards to certain things :joy:…I’ve done some odd things in my life…not going to go into detail on this either :grimacing:

Roughage by Blue Star tastes really good for a greens product

This product does taste really good.

I just do greens from the grocery store, liquified in the blender with some water and Mio (or generic equiv) drops. Tastes pretty good, actually. I’d imagine that would be the cheaper option, but you gotta use a blender every day versus mix n’ shake…oh, and go to the grocery store twice a week, lol. (some folks buy and freeze their greens for blending, too, but haven’t tried that).

To take it up a notch, I like to add some citric acid for tang. Also add in my pre-mixed batch of nutritional yeast, wheatgrass juice powder, creatine, beta alanine, and betaine, since I gotta take those anyway.

Just got 2 tubs of Green Surge for $27 which is 45 cents a serving. Pretty hard to beat that price

I have always enjoyed SAN Greens. Green Surge is good too.

For some reason, Fiberlyze with ACV and SANS Greens, it gives me the best poops. Haha.

Do tell.

It’s $27 for one tub on Amazon right now.

Fiberlyze has become my go to supplement to fill (technically) empty that void if I don’t hit my fiber goals for the day

Saw these on Rich Gaspari’s IG Story

It’s good to see Gaspari having some solid new products.

Yah, if you can snatch up a BOGO to get that price to stock up, it would be comparably priced to fresh produce. I could see using it for travel :+1:

Thank you Bob.

Have you signed up for their mailing list? They send out all their deals that way.

Bill doesn’t read. That won’t help him
nor his continual use of L-Norvaline

I should do that. I had always ordered via Amazon.

Their emails typically have a lot of colorful photos, so there’s a chance the information will get through to him
