Yeah I think you hit the nail on the head there @Matt_Towson I was excited when the line first came out and even ran a stack and log of REDCON1 products since they were all military themed and I wanted to make sure it was effective and not gimmicky. Nothing irritates me more than people using the military theme and then just being garbage. Original version of Total War was amazing, re-work did nothing for me. Most of their stuff was just average and nothing to write home about. I did not care for how they filtered their Protein Isolate, and yeah you talked about the Amino profile issues on MRE products. Even MOAB didn’t knock my socks off, it worked but tasted horrible, I can just use Ghost Size for similar results. I still use Cluster Bomb though in the mornings, and RPG was not half bad for me. But yeah, disappointing for sure with that price point. Rant Complete!
My biggest issue with Redcon1 is subpar flavoring
That goes for their entire line.
BAR are meh
All their powdered products are just lack luster
Is it just me?
Big noise is very light
MRE Lite blueberry was no where near ghost or iforce in flavoring
Total war I never had a flavor that wowed me

No - they all are in that middle of the road taste range, with the exception of the MRE line (imo). Disappointing - but the MRE Lite flavors I do enjoy.
For the non-dairy drinkers, I think MRE Lite is a good sub. Oatmeal choc chip flavor is great and Strawberry Shortcake tastes like the OG strawberry musclemilk, which is basically a Starbucks strawberry frap.
Have not had either of those MRE lite flavors I tried the blueberry and it was pretty weak. Hefty price point to gamble on tubs when I can fallback on other companies who flavor well ——- MTS, Sparta, Ghost, PES, , Dymatize Iso100, MSI, Beverly, and Gaspari salted caramel Egg protein to name a few when it comes to protein
Yeah - again, good options for those who don’t handle whey very well.
Some of the MRE bars taste great imo. But yea, as @Matt_Towson stated, seems like theres something fishy with the amino profile.
