New supplement thread

Matt,
Almost ALL gym goers don’t read labels.

Lets take 3 scoops of c4
Yo bro… you hear about that new pre-workout that has 500mg of caffeine? lets try it out… and they may end up 2 scooping it
oh ill just stack this fat burner and this one cause X or Y trainer said so. —> Seen this before in columbus and then I had to call 911 cause the girl had an anxiety attack and her HR went through the roof from taking 10mg of yohimbine on her first time ever.

This is why we can’t play nice LOL

Not a “supplement” per say, but the new Reign energy drink, peach fizz flavor, is incredible IMO. Literally liquid peach rings with medium-light carbonation. This one is near the top, if not the top flavor energy drink for me. The energy was also smooth and long lasting. I was actually shocked. Just wish I could score these for better than 2 for $4.50 locally.

I have to agree…the reign drinks are better taste wise than bang, and I’ve been enjoying them so far! They just don’t have the number of flavors of bang…yet

I haven’t been impressed with the Reign flavors yet

Have not sent the reign Drinks but the feedback is hit or miss from message board to message board

c4 Carbonated is my favorite of them all

Then don’t forget, those same idiots then think they should sue the Supplement company for putting out a product that puts you in the hospital (even though this is called OD’ing, same thing you can do with almost anything out there). Then an article comes out saying how bad this supplement type is for you, internet goes wild! Hell I remember an article of a guy saying protein powder made him so hyped up sexually, he went into a womens locker room in the gym to try and molest women…WTF! Protein? Bro! Supplements just help enhance Darwinism,

From your picture … people don’t read the warning labels. That is the issue.
Tell them don’t exceed 2 scoops and they will just because they rather play the risk vs reward game, and don’t care to bother what the directions state.

Just like if you give a test to a class and tell them in the directions only answer question #7. I can guarantee you 8/10 students don’t do it and end up finishing the entire test.

I did that my final exam of my student teaching, and one girl came up with her test in 2 minutes while the rest of the class took the entire block. Funny enough they all facepalmed after they did not bother to read the directions.

hahah that is an amazing experiment! I like it. Yup i 100% agree, people don’t read warning labels or directions. I just thought that meme was funny. More people need to have OCD like me, so you MUST follow the instructions, or you’ll lose your mind lol!!

Double scoop that assassin pre-workout
1000mg caffeine
good night sweet prince

I’m a sucker for the big cans of Spike, but C4 and Raze are right behind.

Haha. Then people could sue manufacturers, suppliers, and dealers for products liability!

Don’t threaten me with a good time. Or 600mg DMHA

Now available
Cotton Candy C4 Carbonated

Maybe it’s a sign…time to go vegan in retirement??

bahahahhaaa,…oh god no!!! Though there are many health benefits to it…too bad I lost interest in the whole line of Redcon1. That was funny, you actually made me laugh out loud, well done sir!

I always thought there was at least one teacher in each high school that gave this type of “test”.

First instruction, “Read all instructions before beginning”. Last instruction, “Write your name and date at the top and give to the teacher.”

Always one of the funniest days of the school year for that class.

Did they reformulate that product? I thought it was 600mg of caffeine per scoop.

1000mg…no problem

1200mg…hold on a second, maybe I shouldn’t do this…maybe

I did not double check the label , but i knew it was super high (500+mg Range)

Edit: 500mg Caffeine + 100mg DiCaffeine

600 was Hooligan. 500mg plus 300mg DMHA is assassin

Oh Redcon…if the brand were cheaper, I’d fully support it. One of the reasons I didn’t mind the beef protein inclusion (as @Dougefresh93 and @DanielMoo well remember) is that I was told by the company, the amino acid profile per product would be given. However, it never was, nor has there been follow up for this “assurance.”

Disappointing, but Recon1 can certainly excite the average supp user with its weekly deals and manly/military marketing appeal.

If the products were cheaper, they’d be a good catch all for the average gym bro who only pays $20 for a pre, or $35 for 4-5lbs of protein. Sadly, Redcon’s price point simply isn’t aligned with the products offered.
