@muscleupcrohn is still looking for another 1g of HICA to make sure his intra-workout is clinically dosed. Maybe he will put it in a fishoil and his pump product…

No, he has to put the extra 1g distributed in 500mg doses in two other products now. He said he used 500mg since the study used split dosing throughout the day, so just throwing all 1500mg intra-workout in different products would not be matching his “clinical dosing” he hyped up so much.

I received a sample of thie NutraBio Pancakes and Maple Syrup.
Very foamy. It took about 15m for the foam to settle. Isolates can get very foamy so not much of a shocker there.
The flavor tastes okay, not bad but not where I would say I would buy it. There is the maple flavor. It’s not too heavy but a little sweet. I don’t get any pancake or dough flavor though just the maple with a vanilla flavor. I can tell it has artificial flavoring as well. The maple is a bit off but I like real maple syrup so it’s easy for me to tell the difference.
As always it’s great to see the open label NB has. One of the best things about that company.

Tastes like the same sweet vanilla base except it’s cinnamon instead of maple like the maple pancake. You don’t get any doughy taste whatsoever. If you like sweet vanillas then it’s for you.
