You need to get on the John Meadows bandwagon, he gives you a good variety of speed, time under tension, drop sets, negatives etc… throughout his programs which I like a lot. DM me your email and I can hook you up!

You just reminded me that I’m not following them. I’m running Manpower right now and it’s my first experience with their brand.

What’s the purported benefit of delayed release creatine? Aside from potentially easing some potential digestive issues with loading phases, although loading is not at all needed with creatine supplementation, what is the purpose here? Considering saturation can be achieved and maintained with 3-5g/day, I’m really not sure what the aim of delayed release here is. Especially considering at least one study showed some potential (although not definitive IIRC) superiority of post-workout creatine use relative to pre-workout creatine use, I really don’t know why you’d pay extra money for delayed release creatine when you could just take 3-5g post-workout, or even pre-workout if you can’t take it post-workout for some reason, as achieving saturation and maintaining it is the biggest thing for sure with creatine supplementation. Is it supposed to be taken pre-workout to try to use delayed release to simulate/imitate intra-workout creatine use? I just don’t get the rationale here, besides it being “different.”

I would believe it is what you suggested - less digestive issues when it doesn’t hit all at once…

Legit the same question I asked… lol

That’s exactly why I went all in on a 1000g container of Kaged Muscle CreaClear. So far I’ve had no issues at all. It’s why I used dance around it and go for HCl and magnapower.
