Well this is interesting…Jym introduces…BCAA’s:

I like the Jym line, now granted I haven’t used it in a while. But if BCAA’s are in both Pre and Post Jym…where does standalone BCAA’s fit in? I believe there was a video posted yesterday so I may have the answer, but am curious. This feels like going backwards to me.

I think part of the point may be that it doesn’t have to fit in. Not all supplement lines have to be built around peri-workout nutrition. Did I say something that’s blasphemous to Jym doctrine just now?

From bb.com

BCAAs are included in both Pre JYM and Post JYM (my pre- and post-workout products, respectively), so why would you also want a stand-alone BCAA product? Because, while BCAAs are hugely beneficial before and after workouts, taking additional servings at other times during the day (i.e., between meals) will allow you to support muscle protein synthesis more frequently to help maximize muscle growth.* At these times, it’s more practical and cost effective to have BCAAs on their own.

Thank you.

Now had I actually read the site…

Just waiting for him to post a video saying to stack the BCAAs with his pre for that “super anabolic effect”.

Exactly, that’s why I also bathe in Bcaas, they get absorbed through your pores. You can never have enough

You mean BCAAs straight through the nose isn’t the best absorption pathway? :expressionless:

Why not straight to the family jewels for that test boost?
