We’ve had Nitro-Tech go on sale in the past and the Strawberry flavor is well above average, but you’ll definitely get a bit of grittiness from the creatine inside. This is isolate-based, so it’s good if you’re lactose intolerant.
Note that a lot of the ‘protein’ on the nutritional facts information is not from the whey, but is from the creatine and other aminos - this is known as amino acid spiking, but even with that said, it’s still a great deal, especially if lean bulking.
