I probably get 3-4 servings a day. Banana and powdered greens drink of some sort with breakfast, celery sticks with lunch, spinach or broccoli with dinner. Regularly snack on fresh fruit when it’s in season.
For heart burn try eating less food as well, or hard to digest foods. I had that myself back when I ate I ton of food.
Start with the most boring “baseline” diet that DOESN’T give problems. Use same supplement powders and vitamins each day too.
Then add one new food for a few days and see what happens.
It’s boring and monotonous to eat the same thing every day but the best way to control and find out. Ben being a serious mofo makes me think he can handle it for a month!
That’s the plan!

I did the detox with warm water with lemon juice every morning; I gave up for a while the supplements, consumed them in smaller quantities, and ate more fruits and vegetables.
