Would you use Leg Day for upper body?
Will every flavor begin with an ‘L?’
So many questions.
Not that it applies to anyone on this forum but calling something “Leg Day” probably alienates 50%+ of the lifting community because it sounds like a foreign language.
Listen I never liked Leg Day - I’m a taller guy (6-3), but love the name…
