Not that it applies to anyone on this forum but calling something “Leg Day” probably alienates 50%+ of the lifting community because it sounds like a foreign language.

Listen I never liked Leg Day - I’m a taller guy (6-3), but love the name…
Response from NutraBio to a commenter on LinkedIn says that more info will be coming this month.
