So there has been some talk over an ingredient discussion thread and I figured I would make one.
Ask, or post about an ingredient someone has posted about. Try to keep the thread clean, no posting a dozen images or 6 walls of text unless a question warrants it.

Try to keep the discussion on ingredients that have been brought up unless an open ended question is made.

I’ll start with one of mine, Has anyone used Relora? Its one of the fancy trademarked extract supplements with some interesting research behind it, and is pretty reasonably priced.

laxo i noticed healing of acute tissue damage like a shoulder injury after bench press. that is pretty much it. also some hair regrowth but most of that came from pterostilbene it seems. it made a few people look a lot younger too, being 70 but seemingly having some signs of visual aging reversed. also at 33 i have no single tiny line, let alone wrinkle and skin is “plump”. most my age look a bit “used up” already.
