I see FitNox boosts dopamine levels. Would all nitrates boost dopamine? I remember just feeling in the zone when using VasoBlitz.
Not necessarily, we can’t conclude that from the study. It is far more likely, as the study did not specify that these were participants that normally workout, that the increase of dopamine was simply from the release of it in response to exercise.
Nitrates, or anything that promotes blood flow in general, may increase focus simply by increasing blood flow to the brain.
