Ghost Whey Pumpkin Pie Review

Ghost Pumpkin Pie Whey

Taste

Pumpkin Pie - This is exactly what you would expect when replicating a dessert into a protein powder. Neither the pumpkin flavor nor the spices overpower each other. There is a 50/50 complimentary split between both aspects in the protein powder Right away the dense pumpkin flavor is paired with light nutmeg, cinnamon, and clove spices in the backend. Even though those ingredients are not on the label you can taste the protein. The taste is fantastic when paired with the small inclusions of pastry pieces and whip cream addition that tickles your taste buds. While the inclusions are so small they do not cause any big clumps or issues when mixing in a blender bottle or mixing in a blender. This is a limited edition seasonal protein flavor, and if you love pumpkin pie this is one to get before it is gone.

Mixability

Ghost Whey mixes with ease. I use around 6-8oz of water or almond milk for 1 scoop of the product. I did not see any left-over powder sitting at the bottom or clumps in my shaker bottle. Ghost Whey is light in nature, so there is usually never an issue with mixing as a shake, protein pudding, or used in baking.
