Pumpkin Spice Cake – if you ever had a pumpkin roll this is almost identical in flavor to the dessert. The pumpkin flavor is extremely dense and followed by a backend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. What I really like about this is how you can taste the buttery baked good lingering in the combination of flavors presented in this protein powder. This is easily the best vegan protein flavor Ghost has made, but I may be biased since I love pumpkin items. You will not want to skip this one while it is around because it’s going to sell fast.


Ghost Vegan mixes with ease. I use around 12-16ozof water or almond milk for 1 scoop of the product. I did not see any left-over powder sitting at the bottom or clumps in my shaker bottle. Ghost Whey is light in nature, so there is usually never an issue with mixing as a shake, protein pudding, or used in baking.
