90s kid here and I follow your reference
Thank you Devin…I grew up on Popeye…I’m pretty sure Spinach was the original pre-workout.
mine were hamburgers
2.5 weeks out… I would do anything for a hamburger.
Now I feel like a hamburger for lunch
You should be able to eat lean hamburger.
Do y’all think Popeye was natty, tho
Haha. I have 96/4 len ground beef. 140 calories per 4oz, 23g protein and only 4.5g fat!
Love it.
I was gonna say, I know they sell extra lean beef! I am also sure hot sauces and mustards are your best friend right now…
Walden Farms and Sriracha for the win.
…oh the things I could say…
Have you tried the Walden Farms Blueberry syrup? I saw it at VS, but was looking for feedback first
Not a fan of blueberry (but I do like the maple pecan syrup) - I use the Walden Farms French Vanilla coffee creamer in my morning oatmeal. Throw in some chopped up strawberries, a few packets of stevia - and it is glorious!
No joke - it is my favorite meal of the day along side my scrambled eggs/egg whites. Definitely helps curb the sweet tooth.
Cholula is my fave, especially their chipotle flavor. So smoky and delicious
For sure. And don’t forget about good ole Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo! The goat.
Even if it has 20% of your daily sodium intake. Haha.
Sir, not to sound weird, but I suddenly got excited for my oatmeal…
Noooooo joke man. Try it. It’ll blow your socks off. Add a bit of vanilla extract and 5 stevia packets.
Your breakfast will never be the same.
I really like the Blueberry syrup. I prefer the regular syrup cause I think it has more uses but blueberry syrup is a close second imo for all their products
And spinach was another food I would avoid at all costs during my childhood and now I can’t get enough of it. Go figure!
Although I don’t know about that spinach in a can…LOL
