Welch’s Grape – Ghost Welch’s is a classic flavor that is making its way back into Legend v3. If you never had the Welch’s before it is a very dense, pure, and rich grape flavor that has a great depth to the backend flavor. When it comes to a true grape flavor this one checks the box. While this is not an over-the-top grape flavor it really finds a happy medium and balance to give you the proper density to a well-rounded taste. This is one of my favorite flavors from Ghost next to Cherry Limeade, so I am very excited to see this back in the lineup.
Mixability
The ghost pre-workout is very light and mixes with ease. Upon shaking 5-10 times it is almost fully dissolved. I tried this product with 1 in 8-12oz of water, and each time the taste was strong and pure. Even if you do not have a blender ball I don’t see this giving any issues with clumps or floating particles in your shaker cup.
