Old School Apple – This is the second apple flavor to hit the greens line from Ghost. Old School apple is a straightforward apple juice flavor that intertwines a tart, acidic, and sweet backend flavor. This hybrid flavor takes a ripe granny smith apple and a fresh box of apple juice meshed into a green’s formula. I personally like the depth of flavor found in old school apple as it has an authentic apple juice taste that has the earthly undertone from the raw materials. All in all, if you are an apple fan this is a flavor only going to be around a short time and worth picking up.
Mixability
The way Ghost can make a large raw active greens profile shows the amount of quality control the company put into formulating this product. I used 1 scoop in around 16-24oz of water, which tends to be a sweet spot for me with most greens powders.
