The hormone grehlin, which is produced in times of fasting to signal hunger, and reduced by food intake is itself cardio protective.

Currently attempting to reset or improve grehlin. I haven’t been hungry in like a week.

#3

How are you doing that?

#4

Following a local coach’s recommendations, I’ve lowered fats and carbs, increased protein, and added some steady state cardio. I’m also using Ravenous with each meal and Fiber+, Grazed, and ACV at night

Fasting or IF is the best way to improve grehlin. Secondary would be a low carb or keto diet. You need to lower insulin which protein only meals will still initiate.
