Following a local coach’s recommendations, I’ve lowered fats and carbs, increased protein, and added some steady state cardio. I’m also using Ravenous with each meal and Fiber+, Grazed, and ACV at night

Fasting or IF is the best way to improve grehlin. Secondary would be a low carb or keto diet. You need to lower insulin which protein only meals will still initiate.
