tried this today as protein ice cream and flavor is spot on…doesn’t get as creamy as pescience but the flavor totally makes up for it! Would definitely try again

What’s your ice cream recipe?
I know some people will add xanthan gum and some sort of milk (cashew, almond,etc) to help with creaminess but i find if you have a good protein base that just water and ice work perfectly…pescience is a blend of casein and whey which is probably why it’s the smoothest that I’ve tried

If you have an ice cream maker just do 1 scoop and 6-8oz and throw in the machine for 10 minutes
Churns to soft serve
If not just mix yogurt and whey and freeze for 20 minutes
