My friend with cystic fibrosis has asked me to help her out with getting a bit into shape. Obviously, her condition is a major health concern, and as such, I can’t go the typical route when it comes to this. Minimal gym time is a must due to a weaker immune system, and her current diet can’t be changed much. I’m waiting on her to actually take some days to track her intake so I know her macros, but especially if anyone else has experience with this, any thoughts or advice?

CF is a very serious condition that requires more consideration than Joe Nobody on the internet should be trusted with, I strongly advise consulting with her primary physician.
