I’ve the opportunity to grab a tub of C4 Dynasty on sale, because it expires on November 2021.
Should I be concerned about the safety or effectiveness of the product?

You are fine.
I have some preworkout I have kept in the freezer for years. Remember that date is more of a sell by date than an expiration date.

I have a DMAA pre that expired like 3 years ago that i still use sometimes and I am…arguably fine

Same, got that old off the chain aminos for my DMAA source
Recently found an old opened tub of VasoBlitz (clumped like a MF’r). Been using the past few days, no issues.
Clumps = Pumps
