Wtf is going on in here now…
I have no idea.
I am currently 29 years old and have been working out since I turned 16 and played football in high school. I grew up very overweight and played offensive line. I got up to almost 240 pounds during my time in high school when I was lifting, and it just got to the point where it was very uncomfortable. My senior year the game before the playoffs I tore my MCL in my left knee and from then on out I kept eating like a lineman. The more I looked in the mirror the more disgusted I was with myself. I then started to read up on nutrition, and once I could start doing cardio again it changed my way of life forever. 9 months after doing rehab on my knee and not getting surgery I was finally cleared to do bodyweight squats, and get back into the weight room. Once I cleaned up my diet, starting eating healthier foods, and feeling better I started to drop weight. It came to the point where I got so focused on my training and nutrition I dropped over 100 pounds and was near anorexic. I got to a low of 120 pounds and to the point where I was so small my parents were on the verge of kicking myself out of college. I looked like I was mentally and physically ill I got so small, and at that point it really hit me that I had to make a change. I knew how to eat, I knew what foods to eat, I was just scared to put back on weight after being a former fatty. Over the course of my college career and after graduating I competed in 3 bodybuilding shows, which helped change, my outlook on nutrition and training forever. I have had the help of some amazing coaches over the years (Jason Theobald, Austin Stout, Marc Lobliner, and Tommy Jeffers to name a few) that kicked my ass into shape, and got me back on the right track. Luckily I am now in a much healthier mind frame, and also physically much better and stronger then ever before. Even stronger then I was when I was 200+ pounds in high school.
Training:
I am currently running a 5x a week mesocycle that is a Upper/Lower and Push/Pull/Legs setup.
Upper/Lower and power based workouts with PPL being hypertrophy based.
I include a lot of intensity techniques such as Dropsets, rest pause sets, accumulation sets, drop sets, forced reps, negatives, and iso-holds. I have found over time that intensity has been my best asset to getting lagging bodyparts to grow. I have also found that tons of volume does not respond well to me, and just burns me out.
Here is an example of a current workout:
Lying Leg Curls : 2 Warm-up Sets then 1 working set of 8-10 reps + double dropset + 20 partials
Leg press: 1/plate a side and keep adding until you reach a set of 10 for failure
Squat: 4 sets of 20 with a RPE of 8 (2 reps remaining in tank)
Leg Extension: 10-10-2-20 Scheme. Do 10 reps, add weight do 10 more, double the weight hit 2 reps, drop to original weight and hit 20 reps
Smith Stiff Leg Deadlifts with 25lb plates (increased ROM): work up to a hard set of 8, then do a rest pause set hitting 15-20 reps.
Short, Simple, but intense with trying to beat the log book week in and week out.
It’s a lot like that, only better

Oh lord have mercy, PLEASE do. It’s so good
It really is quite excellent and different compared to the normal flavors these days. It has a nice buttery flavor with a maple twist to it as well.
